Meet Our Team

A former commercial helicopter test pilot and a native of Wexford County, Ireland, Patrick immigrated to the United States and, along with Heather Stafford, founded Stafford Crane Group in 2004. Patrick remains active in its management, focusing on customer relations, strategy and R&D.

Jack, Patrick’s brother, also immigrated from Ireland by way of the Middle East where he managed Stafford Crane Dubai for five years. He now owns and operates Stafford Crane and Hoist Rigging which provides tower crane and hoist services in Arizona and Colorado.

A native Arizonan, Greg practiced business law in Phoenix for 17 years, including five years as COO / General Counsel of the Arizona Commerce Authority, before joining SCG in 2016. His focus is on building teams and systems to support SCG’s continued growth.

A native of Ouray, Colorado, and former owner/operator of Competition Erecting, Dave has erected tower cranes all across the world. He joined SCG in 2013 and now oversees tower and mobile crane events in Arizona and California.

An Indiana native and the second employee of Stafford Crane Group, Jennifer is a tower crane industry veteran. She now focuses on ensuring all the various components of SCG work smoothly together and on overseeing the Tower Crane School of Phoenix.

A native of Arizona and veteran of the mobile crane industry, Joe has been with SCG since 2015. He led SCG’s efforts to build many of the tower cranes currently in SCG’s fleet, and he directs all ongoing fabrication and mobile mechanic operations.

Another native of Ireland, Richie began his career in Europe before joining SCG in 2014. One of the preeminent technicians in the industry, Richie leads crews on tower cane events for SCG and third parties across the county.

Representing the next Stafford generation, Patrick has been around tower cranes and hoists for most of his life. He coordinates the engineering for all SCG tower crane and hoist operations, along with managing all bids in Arizona and California.

A native of California, Audra has been with SCG since 2016. She manages SCG’s payroll and HR functions from the Phoenix headquarters.

A native of Nevada, Chadd has been with SCG since 2015. He is a tower cane and hoist technician and manages SCG operations in Colorado.

A native of Ireland, Eoin joined SCG in the United States in 2021 to oversee SCG operations in San Diego. In addition to his background in tower cranes, Eoin is an experienced helicopter technician, licensed in both the U.S. and Europe.

A native of Arizona, Robert has been with SCG since 2015. He manages SCG’s Arizona facilities and coordinates logistics for Arizona construction hoist operations.

Todd joined Stafford Crane Group in 2021 as the CFO/Controller and is responsible for all the finance,
accounting and reporting functions for the related Companies. Todd is an active Arizona and Colorado
CPA with over 25 years of financial and operational experience in small public and private manufacturing
and construction companies.
