The Herberger residential community is Arizona State University student housing on Mill Avenue in Tempe for students of the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, built by Okland Construction to LEED Gold standards. Stafford Crane Group supplied a Stafford SGT 8041 tower crane with a 213-foot hook height.
