Colorado Convention Center

Hensel Phelps built the Colorado Convention Center expansion, a roughly 220,000-square-foot rooftop addition with an 80,000-square-foot column-free exhibit hall, built on top of the center while it stayed open. Stafford Crane Group supplied a Comansa 21 LC 750 tower crane with a 262-foot jib and a 258-foot hook height. The project earned LEED Gold certification.
