AVE Station House

AVE Station House is a 13-story, 301-unit apartment building in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, one block from the 38th and Blake rail station, built by Brinkmann Constructors. Stafford Crane Group supplied a Comansa 21 LC 400 tower crane with a 238-foot hook height, along with a dual Alimak 650 construction hoist.
