One River North is a 16-story apartment building at 40th and Blake in Denver’s River North district, known for the landscaped canyon carved into its facade. It was built by Saunders Construction. Stafford Crane Group supplied a Comansa 21 LC 400 tower crane with a 263-foot hook height, along with a dual construction hoist.
