Derby Roosevelt Row

Derby is a 21-story apartment tower on Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix, with homes over six levels of parking and ground-floor retail, built by Hensel Phelps. Stafford Crane Group supplied a Comansa LCL 500 luffing tower crane with a 249-foot hook height, along with a dual construction hoist.
