601 N Central is a 28-story apartment tower in downtown Phoenix with 747 homes and ground-floor retail, developed by LG Group and built by Layton Construction. Stafford Crane Group supplied two Peiner SK 575 tower cranes for the project, with hook heights of 254 and 296 feet, along with two dual construction hoists.
